Conventions collectives agricoles
La convention collective complète en les améliorant les dispositions du code du travail :
- elle met en place des avantages non prévus par le code du travail (salaires minimaux, régime de prévoyance, congés supplémentaires.), dans les domaines où le code du travail ne fixe pas de règles impératives ;
- l’accord national du 23 décembre 1981 fixe les règles sur la durée du travail dans les exploitations et entreprises agricoles
